In order to provide better customer service to our volunteers and to
allow more girls the opportunity to participate in council events,
the following registration procedures have been put into effect. It
is intended that this will prevent last minute empty spots which
result in event cancellations.
How and where do we register?
Registration is easy! You can do it by phone, fax, mail, internet or
in person at our Newark office.

By Internet - If an event listing shows 'REGISTER ONLINE' you
can register using a credit card online, as long as the program is
open for registrations.
By Mail -
Download the Event Registration Form (PDF).
and mail with payment to GSCB, 501 South College Ave., Newark, DE 19713.
How do we pay?
All registrations must be paid in full at the time of registration
unless a deposit / payment description is listed in the event copy.
Payment may be made by check, cash, credit card or cookie credits.
When can we register?
Registration for program events September —January will be accepted
beginning Sept. 1.
Registrations for program events scheduled February —July will be
accepted beginning January 1.
Any registrations received prior to the opening registration date
will be held until the opening date and processed with the opening
registration day’s mail. In the event that an activity fills on
opening day, registrations will be selected randomly to fill the
available slots. An event is considered closed when filled whether
or not we have reached the closing deadline.
What about cancellations and
refunds?
If the council must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances;
all payments will be refunded or transferred to another event, if
requested.
If a participant or troop cancels before the closing deadline, they
may find another girl to take that space or request a refund less a
cancellation fee of $5 per person or 10% per person, which ever is
more.
No refunds will be given if a participant or troop cancels after the
closing deadline.
