Camp Sandy Pines

Camp Sandy Pines is located in Fruitland, MD just outside of Salisbury. The 48-acre camp features a main lodge, a cabin unit, and treehouse cabins! Sandy Pines has trails for hiking and archery activities available; it also serves as a great location for a base camp for groups interested in visiting other nearby attractions such as Ocean City or Chincoteague Island.

Archery and low challenge course are available for hourly rental. Certified facilitators are required for both activities.


Connie Bell Lodge
Maximum Capacity: 60 day/24 overnight
Contains a residential kitchen, large dining room, and indoor bathrooms. The building is winterized with running water and fireplace. A screen in porch is attached to the side of the building. Sleeping accommodations are mattresses which can be placed on the floor. There are two shower stalls available in the building.

Screen Cabins
Maximum Capacity: 32
Contains screened-in cabins with electricity and nearby fire circle. A unit house is available for group gathering or meals. Bathrooms are outside flush latrines. Running water is available April 7-October 15.

Sue Morris Treehouses
Maximum Capacity: 29
Contains treehouse cabins with a unit house and fire circle. There is electricity and featured bathrooms are indoor flush toilets with 2 showers. Running water is available April 7-October 15. This unit is split into two rentals, which can be reserved together or separately but do share a unit house and bathrooms. The larger of the two units, Unit 1 can hold up to 16 individuals, while Unit 2 has an ADA cabin and can hold up to 13 individuals.
