December

12/16 - Girl Scouts get access to Digital Cookie to start setting up their site. Access email will go to the email address on the MyGS account of the girl's primary caregiver. Ensure this email is correct ASAP!

January

1/2 - Order Card and Digital Sales Begin

1/19 - Paper Order Card Orders due to Troop Cookie Champion (Your TCC may ask for these sooner)

February

1/30 - 2/5 - Cookie Delivery Week. Learn from your Troop Cookie Champion when and where to pick up your cookie orders.

2/5 - Direct Sales Begin (Cookie Booths, Walkabouts, etc.)

2/19 - 2/20 - National Girl Scout Cookie Weekend

3/7 - End of Direct Sales and Digital Cookie

Product Program Agreement for Families - Any Girl Scout who participates in a GSCB Product Program is required to have this agreement completed by a parent or caregiver.

Juliettes/Individual Participants toggle arrow

Any Girl Scout can participate in the Cookie Program, regardless of if she belongs to a troop. However, there are some slight differences between participating with a troop and as an individual.

How to Participate as a Juliette or Individual Member

Step 1: Complete your Juliette Caregiver Product Program Agreement Form

After completing the agreement, the Juliette Girl Scout will be able to sell via Digital Cookie ONLY. If the Girl Scout would like to sell in-person with an order card or at a cookie booth, the caregiver will need to reach out Member Care (MemberCare@cbgsc.org) to request access to the required training.
Each Girl Scout Juliette or Individual Member must have an adult volunteer supervise her participation in the Cookie Program. This volunteer could be a parent/caregiver, a Service Unit Juliette Champion, another Troop Cookie Champion, or another volunteer within the Service Unit. The adult must be a registered Girl Scout volunteer and be able to fufill the responsibilities of a Troop Cookie Champion. If the volunteer is not a parent/caregiver, the caregiver still must complete the Juliette Caregiver Product Program Agreement Form.

Step 2: Decide how you would your program to be managed. There are 3 options.

Sell individually - The Girl Scout's cookie order and rewards will be sent to the Service Unit Cookie Champion. The cookie proceeds are deposited into the GSCB bank account.*
Sell with a troop - The troop can be any level. The Girl Scout's rewards and proceeds are managed by the troop. The troop must include the Juliette/individual in program or event opportunities in which the cookie proceeds are used.
Sell with a group of Juliettes within the Service Unit - The cookie proceeds are deposited into the GSCB bank account.*

* Juliettes/individuals are not legally allowed to keep proceeds for their sales. GSCB retains custody of any funds they have available for the remainder of her Girl Scout participation. The Girl Scout may request to use her funds for Girl Scout-related activities such as summer camp registration, council or SU events, etc. at any point.

Product Program A.C.E.S. toggle arrow

Our Product Program ACES are the tip top sellers of our council for both Fall Product and Cookies. For these girls, the entrepreneurial spirit runs deep! ACES will get an exclusive patch for their first year and a rocker for every subsequent year they reach the ACES requirements, opportunities to represent GSCB in the media or press, and go-to's for feedback on future product programs!

In order to qualify for ACES, you must participate in both the Fall Product and Cookie Programs and meet the following goals:

Reach 20+ products during the 2026 Fall Product Program
Reach 625+ packages sold during the 2027 Cookie Program

Using your Cookie Dough toggle arrow

During Product Programs like Fall Product and the Girl Scout Cookie Program, girls can earn "Cookie Dough" for reaching specific rewards levels. Cookie Dough can be redeemed for Girl Scout experiences, Girl Scout merchandise, and/or Girl Scout-related experiences/programs/tours/etc.

Some examples of how you can use your Cookie Dough:

Membership Renewal - From April 1st - September 30th, you can use Cookie Dough to cover the cost of your membership renewal so you can come back for another awesome Girl Scout year.
Girl Scout Merchandise - Show of your Girl Scout style without breaking the bank by using your Cookie Dough for online store purchases.
Event Registrations - Take in all the event and programs GSCB has to offer without the burden of registration costs. Yep, your Cookie Dough can cover that!
V.I.C. (Very Invested Camper) Enrollment - In the fall, enroll in the best outdoor Girl Scout club and get access to exclusive outdoor experiences.
Travel - See the world through Girl Scout Destinations or with one of our older girl travel groups.
Girl Scout-related Events/Programs/Tours - You can use your Cookie Dough on events, programs, tours, etc., even if they're not sponsored by GSCB or GSUSA. For example, you may apply your Cookie Dough to a horseback riding lesson to help you earn your Horseback Riding badge or use it to take a cooking class or karate lesson. You could use it to create a custom product while using your marketing skills, or to subscribe to a STEM or Outdoor related program.

How to Redeem Your Cookie Dough:

Cookie Dough may be used to pay for a GSCB sponsored event, program or Destination payment by completing the Cookie Dough Redemption form .

Fill out the entire form, including the Program/Event/Destination name, date and time and attach the notification/receipt that states how much Cookie Dough the Girl Scout is spending. If you call in to Member Care, verbally tell the staff specialist you are registering with over the phone (the specialist may fill out the form on behalf of the caregiver if needed).

Member Care can confirm the balance of Cookie Dough available for the girl.

A separate form should be completed for each redemption of Cookie Dough.

The form will take the submitter to different places depending on the selection made from the “What are you requesting the Cookie Dough funds for?” drop-down.
