What are the sleeping accommodations? All overnight and weekend programs from October 1st through March 31st will be sleeping in a camp lodge. This will consist of indoor plumbing/showers, electricity, and mattresses either on the floor or on bunk beds. Some examples are Choptank Lodge, Program Center, STEM Lodge, and Troop house.
All overnight and weekend programs from April 1st through September 30th will be sleeping in an adirondack or tent unit. This consists of sleeping in small groups of 4-8. What happens if I need to cancel the registration? Cancellation and refund requests must be made via MemberCare@cbgsc.org one week prior to the program to receive full refund minus credit card processing fees. No refunds will be issued if less than one week’s notice, unless for medical reasons. Refunds for medical reasons will only be processed if notification is made before the event. What happens in the case of inclement weather? While it is GSCB’s intention to always deliver scheduled programming to troops, inclement weather may necessitate cancellation of programming.
