The Inclusive Leadership Program is designed to give girls the tools
needed to lead with compassionate strength and ferocious integrity to
create a real sense of belonging wherever they go.
During this session, participants will explore what is needed to ensure
that girls in and outside of troops feel included and accepted. Program
participants will learn how to “lead by example” in cultivating
environments where everyone feels seen & heard. We will discuss the
definition of diversity, a leader's role in creating an inclusive
environment for all, acknowledgment & acceptance of all races,
cultural backgrounds, socioeconomic backgrounds, & ability levels
and conflict resolution skills.
Please join Chanta Howard-Wilkinson for this interactive discussion
complete with a brief video presentation, scenarios, exercises, and
prompts that are sure to spark great conversation and learning amongst all.
This session is the first in a multi-part training offering. Those
interested should complete the application and submit for review.
