This special event brings together Girl Scouts, families, and the
community for a day of creativity, connection, and
confidence-building.
Girl Scouts can register for $5 to
participate in our exciting Mini Cake Decorating Contest. Each
participant will receive decorating supplies and the chance to
showcase their creativity. Cakes will be judged by non-Girl Scout
community judges secured by the Garden, including representatives from
local organizations such as Soroptimist, a nonprofit that supports
women in our community.
Trophies will be awarded for 1st,
2nd, and 3rd place.
Every participating Girl Scout will receive
a fun patch.
Girl Scout-Led Games & Activities
Troops will host activity tables featuring games, crafts, and
interactive experiences for girls and families. Girls and adult
volunteers will run each station, making this a truly girl-centered
event that promotes leadership and teamwork.
The Seaford
Community Garden has secured a stage and road closure for the event.
Entertainment may include a DJ or live music, creating a festive
birthday atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.
The event is
free to attend. Food vendors will be available for purchase, with
plans for at least one food truck and a dessert vendor to complement
the celebration while keeping the focus on Girl Scout
programming.
This event is open to everyone in the
community. The only fee associated with the event is the $5 cake
decorating contest registration. All other activities are free to
enjoy.

and fun experience for girls and families and look forward to
celebrating together!
