The Women's Transportation Seminar (WTS) Delaware Chapter invites you to
join the 2024-2025 Transportation YOU Program! Transportation YOU is a
hands-on, interactive mentoring program that offers an introduction to a
wide variety of transportation careers. The mission of the
Transportation YOU program is to develop the next generation of the
transportation industry by growing the involvement and interest of youth
in STEM studies. Encouraging diversity and inclusion, the TrYOU program
is open to 8th-12th grade students of all genders, who are from
Delaware. Workshops will be held monthly, generally on the 2nd or 3rd
Saturday of the month from 10am-12pm. In an effort to reach students
across the state, the meeting location will vary by workshop. No cost is
associated with participating in the program and attendance at all
workshops is encouraged but not required.
Please join in-person at our TrYOU Open House on Saturday, September 21, 2024 from 10am-12pm to kickoff the 2024-2025 program year! During this workshop, we will give an overview of WTS, discuss the goals & objectives of the TrYOU Program, and dive into an introduction to the world of transportation.
