The Girl Scout Program Passport is mailed to every Girl Scout who has registered prior to Oct. 15th, 2022. Inside the passport is a number of stamp opportunities for Girl Scouts to complete throughout the Girl Scout year. Completing all of the required stamps gets you a prize PLUS an entry into our grand prize drawing! Bonus stamps get you extra entries into the grand prize drawing. How to Complete the Program Passport:
1. Complete all 11 required stamps.
- If the activity is in-person with GSCB staff, bring your passport with you to get a stamp from a staff member.
- If the activity is completed on your own, with your troop, or virtually, complete the GSCB Program Passport Form to request your stamp and we will send it to you in the mail.
Note: Self-reporting completion of activities is by the honor system -please be honest and fair and only request stamps for activities that you have completed. Stamps will not be sent in advance of completing them (i.e. Please do not request a stamp for a camping trip 3 months from now).
To help GSCB conserve postage, we ask that you submit your stamp requests in batches of 2 or more at a time, if possible.
2. Submit your completed passport using the GSCB Program Passport Form.
What Do Girls Earn for Completing the Passport:
1. Any Girl Scout who completes her passport by collecting all of the
required stamps, will get a GSCB Scrunchie Bracelet.
2. In addition, each girl who completes her passport will be entered to win our grand prize, a FREE week at summer camp!*
*Valid Summer 2024. Graduating seniors will receive a free Girl Scouts Lifetime Membership instead.
3. Each bonus stamp opportunity completed earns an extra entry to win the the grand prize. Bonus stamp opportunities are not required.
