Youth dorm "camping" at Cape Henlopen State Park. 3 nights
stay in air conditioned bunk house w twin beds. Please note each bunk
does hold 15 people so troops may be paired with other troops and
larger troops will be split. Safety ratios will apply. The youth camp
does have its own shower house. Due to lodging arrangements, if any
men wish to attend they will need to book separately at the public or
primitive campsites.
Night hike and ghost crab hunts, low
tide seining, hiking, climbing the observation tower, free nature
center discovery, beautiful trails, playground, beach, games and more
make for a fun and relaxing stay.
Twin beds (byo bedding)
in air conditioned bunks, patch, and all meals from Thursday dinner -
Sunday breakfast are included in cost.
*Note - all troops will be expected to help with kapers and meal
preparation

Optional- we will be arranging for group rate travel
over the Cape May Lewes ferry on Thursday July 9 to visit the free
Cape May Zoo. 2026 rates are not posted yet but will be shared asap.
This optional trip is NOT INCLUDED in pricing. Additional details will
be shared to campers as soon as possible. Lunch will not be provided,
however there are picnic pavilions for us to utilize at the zoo if
troops wanted to pack brown bag lunches for the day. Gear for the
weekend will need to stay in your car and cannot be offloaded at Cape
Henlopen until Thursday evening.
