The Girl Scouts of the Chesapeake Bay Archives Committee is dedicated to preserving and sharing the rich history of Girl Scouting across our council. Through the collection and care of photographs, uniforms, memorabilia, documents, and stories, the committee helps ensure that generations of Girl Scouts can connect with the traditions, milestones, and memories that shaped our movement.
From supporting special events and anniversary celebrations to providing educational displays and historical programming, the Archives Committee brings Girl Scout history to life for members, volunteers, alum, and the community. Their work honors the legacy of courage, confidence, and character built by Girl Scouts throughout the years while inspiring future generations to continue the tradition.

- Camp Country Center Display Cases - The Archives Committee plans and curates displays that showcase relevant, historical information and artifacts, sometimes accompanied by activities like scavenger hunts. Stop by Camp Country Center STEM Lodge to see the latest! Display cases are updated every few months.
- Coming this Fall! Delaware Museum of Nature and Science - We are excited to partner with the museum to share the history and vibrancy of Girl Scouting on the Peninsula with the public. The GSCB Archives Committee is supporting GSCB staff in creating an engaging, hands-on exhibit.
