Guidance and Requirements for Girl Scouts of the Chesapeake Bay Members, Volunteers, and Families
Girl Scouts of the Chesapeake Bay has developed the following policies and procedures to ensure its Girl Scouts, volunteers, families, and stakeholders have clear guidance for understanding their responsibilities; and that they have the tools to help ensure a safe, equitable, and positive experience for every Girl Scout in our council’s jurisdiction. These policies are in addition to, and in some instances supersede, requirements and guidance provided by Girl Scouts of the USA, including policies found in the Blue Book of Basic Documents - English (PDF) or Español (PDF) and guidelines for Girl Scout volunteers found in Volunteer Essentials.
